I have a small story of success to share. This is to help those who think that they can do something for society or for the people who believe that have a determination and you will definitely find a way to make things happen for you.
I am not praising myself or not speaking loud about what was done through me – I am putting this down to inspire or to give a reason to people to help each other.
There is a five month old boy Mohit in Juledi, near Rishikesh, who was suffering from Heart hole disease. He needs to undergo the heart surgery for his survival. His parents are so poor that they can’t even meet their meals, so they had lost all the hope to save their child. I went there at my place and somehow I came to know about this child. Seeing him, I was moved that how much limited a person is if he doesn’t have means and I thought that I will do something to save him.
I came back to Delhi and tried approaching people for fund raising for Mohit’s operation. It happened and Mohit’s operation was done. He is fine now, getting better.
It’s a small thing which I did but it has given me a bigger perspective for life and also given me the courage to do bigger things to make things better for our society.
If we all think a little bit about others we can bring change in our surroundings and can improve the conditions/help the ones who need help.
Everything is done by Almighty we are acting just as an instrument for the things to happen. I am very grateful to GOD for picking me up to save Mohit’s life. I pray for all of us that we get some or the reason to be GOD’s instrument.
